Daydreams Photo Diary with Wallpapers

My latest video, Daydreams, documents a journey and camping adventure with some of my closest friends. In addition to the 23 hours of total video shot throughout the trip, I also have over 15,000 photos from the 5 day adventure. Below are some of my favorite behind the scenes shots, as well as a plethora of high resolution phone & computer wallpapers. The video itself was in partnership with Toyota, so you’ll see a good amount of vehicle shots featuring the 2020 4Runner TRD Pro they let me borrow for the trip! In ‘Daydreams’, I give details about how some of the video shots were taken throughout, so I’ve done my best to give you some info about the photos as well here! Wallpapers for computer are all 5K. Enjoy!

On the drive down – some mandatory gas station selfies and empty road POV with the GoPro!

Stopping to mount GoPro MAX on the side of the car for some 360 TimeWarps. I used the GoPro Suction Cup mount with a custom metal extension. When mounting cameras on the outside of the car, I’ll make sure it’s linked to my phone so I can start/stop the recording and switch between TimeWarp and video.

Happy camper with a brand new board from Almond Surfboards. This board is 7’6″ single fin, and surfs like a dream! The model I have is the ‘Joy’.

I set up a GoPro MAX on a 270Pro pole to get a time-lapse of me waxing my board for the first time. You can see the resulting shot about 5min 30s into the video.

Shooting photos with GoPro MAX in HERO mode allows for some awesome super-wide angle photos. The HERO Mode lens is much wider than a normal GoPro and offers an awesome POV perspective.

Testing out the board in some pristine aqua waters, whilst also doing some POV with GoPro MAX. I shot a lot of my surf POV with MAX in the 360 mode and the GoPro Bite Mount.

Here I am still utilizing Karma for some beautiful wide shots while Caleb Farro flies his race drone.
